Using this site
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own use and for the internal purposes of your organisation. You may quote short extracts with attribution to Wyvern Compass and a link to the page you took them from.
You may not republish substantial parts of our material as your own, sell it, or present it as the work of someone else. You may not use automated systems to scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it for anything unlawful.
We do not currently sell anything through this site. Where prices are shown for products still in development, they are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated, and are not an offer to sell.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, layout and graphics on this site belong to Wyvern Compass Limited or are used with permission. The Wyvern Compass name and dragon device are our trade marks.
Material we quote or link to belongs to whoever created it. Figures drawn from government and statistical sources are attributed at the point of use, and those sources carry their own licensing terms, which apply to them rather than to us.
Where work published by us is commissioned or contributed, it is credited to its author.
What this site is not
Nothing published by Wyvern Compass is legal, tax, financial, regulatory or investment advice. We are a publisher, not an adviser, and we do not know your circumstances.
Our writing is intended to help you ask better questions of the people who do advise you. It is not a substitute for them. Decisions you take after reading us are yours.
Accuracy
We take accuracy seriously and set out publicly how we work in our editorial standards. Every figure is traced to the document it came from and linked so that you can check it. Where two credible sources disagree, we show both and explain why they differ. Errors are corrected openly and dated, and nothing is quietly removed from the archive.
Even so, information is accurate as at the date stated and no further. Regulations change, deadlines pass and data is revised. We give no warranty that material on this site is complete or current at the moment you read it, and you should verify anything you intend to act on against its source.
Links to other sites
We link to primary sources so that our work can be checked. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement of the organisation, its views or its other content, and we are not responsible for what you find there.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
